Indiana Nomination Process and Form - The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA), on behalf of the Governor's Office and in collaboration with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC), is accepting nominations beginning June 3, 2026, for the Opportunity Zone 2.0 designation. Complete information regarding the program, the designation and its benefits, the list of eligible census tracts, and guidance for submitting nominations are available on the IEDC website. The nomination of a census tract for OZ 2.0 designation may be submitted by local or county governments, local or regional economic development organizations (LEDO/REDO), READI Regions, and investors, developers, and other community stakeholders or organizations. You or your organization may submit only one nomination for each census tract.
