2025 Outstanding Resident Volunteer Award

The Indiana Affordable Housing Council (IAHC) and Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) developed the Outstanding Resident Volunteer Award to recognize an individual who is a consumer of an IHCDA program not an employee. The individual volunteers for the betterment of the community. This can be done through mentoring/tutoring, participating in charitable functions and/or fundraisers, creating items for nonprofit groups or to donate directly to others, community clean-up activities, activities to bring happiness to others. Service must be completed within the previous 12 months.
